As an Acquisitions Specialist, you’ll help introduce new customers to our agency, build relationships, learn about their needs, and connect them with the right insurance solutions. You’ll work closely with the team while managing your own opportunities and helping the agency continue to grow.
Key Responsibilities
- Connect with prospective customers through phone calls, emails, referrals, and community outreach.
- Build and maintain relationships with prospective and existing customers.
- Follow up with customers and opportunities in a timely and consistent manner.
- Learn about customer needs and provide appropriate insurance options.
- Manage multiple opportunities while keeping accurate and organized records.
- Work with the agency team to support outreach and growth initiatives.
- Meet established activity and performance goals.
- Maintain compliance with office procedures and insurance regulations.
Qualifications
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Comfortable speaking with new people and building relationships.
- Organized and able to manage multiple priorities and follow-ups.
- Self-motivated with a positive, goal-oriented approach.
- Previous experience in insurance sales and account management is required.
- Must currently hold Property & Casualty and Life & Health licenses.
- Ability to listen, understand customer needs, and provide thoughtful recommendations.
This is a remote position.
Compensation $60,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
